Marine Hall Celebrates 90 Glorious Years with a Commemorative Tea Dance
This November, Fleetwood’s beloved Marine Hall reaches a remarkable milestone—90 years of serving the community with music, memories, and magic. To mark this special occasion, a Commemorative Tea Dance will be held on Thursday, 27th November, celebrating the Hall’s rich history and the many lives it has touched over the decades.
The event promises an afternoon of nostalgia and joy, featuring live music from a traditional organist, elegant ballroom dancers, and—of course—plenty of cake. A specially choreographed dance piece will premiere on the day, inspired by the memories and stories shared by local residents over the past few months.
The Tea Dance is free of charge for residents and staff from care, nursing, and rest homes in Fleetwood.
To ensure everyone has a chance to attend, bookings will be open throughout August, with confirmations sent out in early September. Space is limited, so attendees are kindly asked to book only the tickets they know will be used.
