Expressions of interest for New café/ restaurant coming to Marine Hall

Wyre Council is excited to announce plans for a new café/ restaurant space coming to Fleetwood’s Marine Hall in 2027. The council is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from people interested in taking on this new opportunity as a café/ restaurant that has an adjoining multi-function space with opportunity to create hospitality led entertainment events.

The much loved building dates back to 1935 and features wonderful art-deco style design. Marine Hall is run by Wyre Council and serves as a community space, hosting; plays, panto, conventions and much more. This is an exciting opportunity to operate both independently and in conjunction with the council to benefit the local community and surrounding area. This space would be licensed, and it would require the operator to have experience of managing a safe and compliant licensed space. Interested parties should register their interest with Wyre Council by the end of January 2027 and further details will be provided as the project progresses.

In evaluating interest, particular consideration will be given to the following;

• Proven experience in the restaurant/ café industry
• Ability to offer support to ongoing Council lead functions at Marine Hall
• Social Value
• Sustainability, environmental impact
• Experience of managing a safe and compliant licensed space.
